Design partner cohort

Co-build Cora’s Terraform backend experience

We work side-by-side with platform and security teams to deliver remote backend workflows with living diagrams, compliance checks, and shareable evidence after every apply.

Live diagrams on day one

We convert your Terraform state into embeddable architecture and networking diagrams your teams can drop into docs or share as images.

Compliance guardrails built-in

Co-create policy checks, drift alerts, and exportable audit evidence tailored to your review cycles.

Shared context across stakeholders

Bring platform, security, and application leads into one UI with annotated diffs, history, and rollout notes after every apply.

What design partners receive

Your Terraform state drives the roadmap. We tailor diagrams, compliance, and collaboration workflows to the exact teams adopting them.

  • White-glove onboarding to migrate representative workspaces into Cora’s remote backend without disrupting delivery.
  • Embeddable diagrams refreshed after every apply so stakeholders act with current topology.
  • Automated compliance checks, drift alerts, and exportable evidence mapped to your audit cadence.
  • Shared roadmap sessions delivering features—and fixes—within the same sprint you surface them.

What we ask from partners

  • Share Terraform backend requirements, state samples, and access patterns so we can configure realistic environments.
  • Join a monthly 45-minute roadmap review for walkthroughs, feedback, and rollout planning.
  • Pilot a representative workspace through Cora during the cohort so we can validate diagrams and compliance flows together.

Have constraints around data residency or change management? Let us know—we can route through a private forward proxy that encrypts every request and keeps processing inside your VPC.

Six-week milestone plan

We adapt timelines to your release calendar, but most cohorts follow this cadence to maximize value from the pilot workspace before scaling across teams.

Week 1

Kickoff, align on success metrics, and collect representative Terraform states for the pilot workspace.

Week 2

Provision Cora as the remote backend for the pilot workspace and validate applies without disrupting delivery.

Week 3

Tailor live diagrams, shared workspaces, and change history review so stakeholders gain instant visibility.

Week 4

Configure compliance checks and automate evidence exports mapped to your review cadence.

Week 5

Roll out collaboration rituals, alerts, and documentation templates grounded in the pilot workspace learnings.

Week 6

Deliver an expansion plan, success recap, and training materials so additional teams can adopt Cora smoothly.

Program FAQs

Answers to the questions we hear most from platform leads.

How many teams can join?

We accept a small cohort each quarter so every partner receives direct time with product, design, and engineering.

Is there a cost to participate?

Design partners receive discounted pricing and extended trials in exchange for structured feedback and roadmap collaboration.

Do we need to move all workspaces at once?

No. Most partners start with one representative workspace before expanding across accounts once guardrails are in place.
