Effective date: September 30, 2025
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cora and any related services, software, or content (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You may use the Services only if you have the legal capacity to form a contract with us and are not barred under any applicable laws. By using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse the Services or assist anyone else in doing so. Prohibited activities include attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Services, accessing or searching our systems by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces, or using the Services to store or transmit malicious code.
You retain all rights to infrastructure data and Terraform state files you provide to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant Cora a limited, non-exclusive license to process Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. We will maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Customer Data.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Services at any time. If we make material changes that negatively affect your use, we will provide notice. Your continued use of the Services after notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.
Paid features require a valid subscription. Fees, billing terms, and renewal policies are described during plan selection. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel renewal through the billing portal before the next billing date.
Each party agrees to protect confidential information disclosed by the other party with the same degree of care it uses to protect its own confidential information and to use such information only for the purposes defined in these Terms.
Cora and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services and related intellectual property. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms. Feedback you provide may be used by Cora without restriction or compensation.
The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Cora disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cora and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid to Cora in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict of law provisions. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in San Francisco County, California for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" above. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice. By continuing to use the Services after revisions become effective, you agree to the updated Terms.
If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at [email protected].
